Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings and services provided by Party Perfection (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking with us or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and begin design planning.
  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings without payment are not confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Retainer
All retainers are non-refundable. This secures your date, materials, labor scheduling, and design planning allocation.
Cancellations
  • Cancelled more than 30 days prior = retainers forfeited
  • Cancelled within 4 days = full amount due
Rescheduling
We allow rescheduling upon availability. Date changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Weather
Outdoor decor cancellations due to weather follow the same policy. We can provide indoor alternatives, if available.

3. Delivery, Setup & Teardown

  • Standard setup includes delivery, installation, and breakdown after event if specified.
  • Exact setup time windows must be confirmed in advance.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
  • Venue access delays
  • After-hours installation or teardown
  • Long-distance travel
  • Rush requests (less than 14 days notice)

4. Outdoor Decor Policy

Outdoor balloon decor is subject to weather conditions. We secure decor professionally, however wind, heat, and environmental factors may affect longevity and stability. No refunds for weather-related impact.

5. Damage & Safety

Client/venue is responsible for any damage to structures, signage, equipment, or rentals not caused by normal wear and tear. Children and guests should not handle balloon installations.
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe installation conditions. The retainer will not be refunded, if unsafe installation conditions.

6. Rentals & Equipment

Some decor structures and backdrops are rentals and must be returned. Lost or damaged rentals will incur replacement fees.

7. Photo & Media Release

Party Perfection may photograph or film installations for portfolio, marketing, and social media.Clients may request privacy in writing before the event.
We will never publish:
  • Personal/private client information
  • Images that compromise privacy or safety
  • Minor faces without consent
Corporate clients may request brand-confidentiality or NDA compliance.

8. Liability

We are fully insured. Party Perfection is not liable for injury or property damage beyond our control, including weather impacts, venue issues, or guest interference.

9. Acceptance

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
